Chad Giovingo-Moore, LPN

Chad is a native of West Monroe and has been an LPN for over 30 years. He became a volunteer at the health center in 2010 when we started the Gay Men's Wellness Clinic. In June of 2015, when the health center opened its own medical clinic, he came on board full-time. He and his husband have been married for eight years and together for 17 years. They have two cats and two dogs. He enjoys cooking, baking, and reading. He loves working at the health center and is proud to be able to give back to his community.
