Mark L. Windham

Mark was born in Natchez, Mississippi, and grew up in Jonesville, Louisiana. He holds a B.S. in Business Management from Louisiana Tech University and has been part of our health center’s family since April 2016, having previously served on the health center’s board of directors from 2014-2015. He came on board as Chief Operating Officer and was appointed by the board as Chief Executive Officer in July 2017. Mark lives in West Monroe with his husband, David Culp, and their two West Highland White Terriers, Cooper and Max. He is a member of Northminster Church in Monroe, where he serves on the church’s Coordinating Council (2023-2026, 2017-2020) and as Coordinating Council Chair (2024).
