Brittany graduated from Grambling State University in May 2018 with a major in Psychology and has been with Pinnacle Family Health since May 2023.

Derrick is a native of Winnfield, where he grew up. Monroe has been his home for the past twenty-eight years.

Kadeidra is proud to call Richland Parish her native home while currently residing in the vibrant Monroe area. She has been with the health center since 2022.
Inclusive Care Coordinator
Susan is a native of Monroe and a retired teacher, having taught in the Ouachita Parish schools for 32 years. She now assists LGBTQ+ patients to navigate vital resources.

Talesha graduated from Grambling State University with Bachelor's of Social Work and has been part of our health center’s family since March 2021.
Ryan White Non-Medical Case Manager
Tena, a native of Monroe, attended Northeast Louisiana University from 1973-1977. As a Non-Medical Case Manager, she has been a part of our team since 2007.
Director of Ryan White Support Services
Toni received education at Career Technical and ULM. She has been with the health center since 2003 and is now as the Director of Ryan White Support Services.
Linkage to Care & Prevention Coordinator
Venita attended Delta Community College for her Associates Degree and graduated from ULM in Psychology. She joined our team in 2001.
