Toni McFarland

Toni received education at Career Technical and ULM. She has been with the health center since 2003 and is now as the Director of Ryan White Support Services.

Toni is a native of Ouachita Parish. She received education at Career Technical and at The University of Louisiana at Monroe. She has been with the health center since 2003. Her experience as a direct assistance case manager and a Ryan White Non-Medical Case Manager prepared her for her current position as the Director of Ryan White Support Services.
