New COVID Variant

Covid numbers are back on the rise with a new variant. Take precautions to keep yourself and our vulnerable population safe and healthy. It is important to get vaccinated and boosted.

As we move into the holiday season with social gatherings and celebrations, it's important to remember to take precautions to keep your loved ones and yourself safe and healthy. The same steps to avoiding serious infection still apply!

Get vaccinated and boosted. Vaccines are safe and the best, most effective way to avoid serious medical complications from COVID. If you're unsure or have medical complications that may prevent you from getting the vaccine, make an appointment with one of our providers to discuss your concerns.

Wear a mask when you're around crowded public places where you're not sure of everybody's health status. Masks help prevent the spread of respiratory droplets that may contain the virus.

Practice good hand hygiene. Yes, we're still washing our hands! Wash your hands frequently with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. If soap is not available, use a hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.

Get tested. If you have symptoms and a home test is unavailable to you, make an appointment with one of our healthcare providers to see if you're positive for COVID. If you are, isolate for the recommended time so that you keep others safe.
