Rusty is a native of Chatham, LA and has been a part of the health center's family since September 2015. He started as the Gay Men's Wellness Center Coordinator and transitioned to Purchasing Coordinator. From there, he moved to Director of Operations and, in 2023, was promoted to Chief Operating Officer. He lives in Monroe and has five dogs, a cat, and a parrot. His hobbies include crocheting, stained glass, cooking, and music.
